the height of the triangle is the distance from the y axis to the solution to the two linear equations. that is 1.8. the base is the distance between the two y intercepts of the linear equations. that is 6. the answer is 6 x 1.8/2 or 5.40.

note that
5 = -2 (mod 7)
5^3 = -8 = -1 (mod 7)
(5^3) ^69 = 5^207 = (-1)^69 = -1 = 6 (mod 7)

ans is 6

write each fraction as fractions with denominators of 16. The answer is the sum of the numerator of those fractions since multiplying by 16 cancels the denominator. Therefore the answer is 1000 + 100 + 9 + 16 = 1125.

g = grandpa a = andy

g = 12a

g - a = 55

12a - a = 55

11a = 55

a = 5

the x intercept of y = 1/3x+7 is: y = 1/3x + 7, -7 = 1/3x x = -21
the x intercept of y = 2x+5 is: y = 2x+5, -5 = 2x, x - -2.5

-21-2.5 = -23.5

g(1) = B

f(B) = AB - 2B^2

0 = 2B^2 - AB

0 = 2B - A

A = 2B

ans is 2b

write as (10^2000 (1 + 100))/(10^2000 (10+10)) the 10^2000s cancel we get: 101/20 and that is 5.05 or about 5.
