for me:
uhh every single one cuz i forget the notes after 2 pages or get every other note wrong...
once the book fell off the piano...so i had to stop to pick it up..

i was in recital and playing sonatina in front of like 500 people and then i played a note wrong, stumbled over on another note and then i had to stop and play again

i was at a competition playing the 3rd movement of the moonlight sonata. (kinda ez right?) so i played it and after i played the last chord, the bench slid from under me somehow and i fell right after finishing. i was like oh dear. but i won second because i missed the last chord before falling down.

I fell down in the middle of a recital :/

once I was playing a concerto
and I forgot the notes, so i flopped for about half a minute (cuz thats how dumb i am) so the orchestra got REALLY REALLY CONFUSED and then i was like "hmm, maybe if i go back a page, i can remember" so i did and then it was chaos...

by flop i mean like i flopped my hand on the keyboard...it tends to work when the audience doesn't know music...but this was in front of judges...oops

i just hope i dont do that in my concerto competition this february...

lol it was horrible

the judges comments: you would have won if you didn't mess up: the beginning and endings were fabulous; the only problem was the middle


I'm like....AAAAAAAAAARGHHHH!!!!

Once, after working on a piano piece for six months I played it through from memory almost perfectly. But when I got to the last two measures, I completely blanked out.

LUCKY! half the time i can't even remember the third note

i ALWAYS practice good and in the recital, boom.

i practice until it's perfect; every single note is perfect

but i freak out on stage..

wierd. the morning of a competition, i play like phail when i was practicing and then on stage with like 100 people i play better than everyone else and won the prize.

hehe that happened to me once

once...(this was in school) there was this talent show thingy
i went up there and completely flopped on the keyboard
and won....against like 20 others who had their dances/pieces/etc. all nice and perfectly memorized

it was weird...

lol talent show. it brings me memories that i broke a string on the piano after a liszt etude...

ya stupid talent show...

once i didn't put the lid up correctly, so i played the ending and the lid came crashing down
that was bad...

did it break?


once an a piano competition my butt was too forward on the seat and in the middle of my song i slid down and almost banged my heea

no it didn't break (i wish it did; it was a crappy piano anyways)

once in school i played a long piece on an electric piano and the power chord died at half way

same as when i PHAILED my fingers wer SOOOOOOOOOOO sweaty they slipped and it sounded EPIC FAIL

Once at a comp, the pedal went out in the middle of my pedal dependent piece. ugh that was a terrible competition.

once i vuz praticing to be in top 10 to play in state by piano teacher i hold pedal the WHOLE pece and wuz'nt supposed to
got eliminated

once i was performing on an upright (cuz they were too lazy to move the grand from the other building)
and i was using the middle pedal
and then IT GOT STUCK and i was too panicky to un-stuck it...
not good

especially cuz when you press the middle pedal and the normal right pedal down, and then lift one, some keys stay up and others go down
its annoying

the funny thing is, nobody noticed..

i vuz praciticing a piece @ home and my mom said my name and TOTALLY MESSED ME UP

ehh
when i was little, i followed everything like you follow the metronome

so once the washer turned on, and my fingers started following that
it sounded weird..
