Hey, could you post anything you know about Julliards on this thread??

to get in, all you do is pay the admission fee and then go and have an audition(i believe)

i don't think you have to finish high school to audition (like you can audition in 9th grade)

but i recommend waiting until you feel that you're REALLY ready to go before you audition

Wow, I didn't know you could audition that young. It has been my dream for years to go there. My parents have not been informed of this due to how much the college costs.

but first, I want to make sure I'm ready, so I'm taking a lot of advanced music classes in high school

what aru u guys saying that ur going to major in music i dont have any hatred against that just wonderin

my two greatest interests right now are music and science

I'm going to major in one or the other
If I'm accepted to julliard, then yes, I'll major in music
If I'm accepted to stanford, MIT, Harvard, etc. then I'm going into science

Yes, it has been my plan to major in music since I was eight. What are your plans??

i didn't like piano when i was young
I've always had a mind for science
but recently I was inspired by a VERY good pianist (i think the best child pianist in the country) (she played at Carnegie Hall at the age of 10!!)

so now I like both.

another reason is I found chopin; chopin lets me let everything out, be it anger, sadness, joy, etc. When I play chopin, there is nothin around me but the music and the piano. I feel emotions that chopin wanted to let out, but couldn't, so passed the burden (positive burden) onto us.
